AUD Patch Samson approx 4:35 to fill missing part of the SBD
29:58.490 to 31:31.560 total of 01:33.070. This is somewhat

how great the AUD source is.
SBD Patch Drums approx 02:37 to fill missing part of the AUD
44:07.731 to 44:15.904 total of 0:08.172. This is smooth and
most likely undetectable.
Missing 22.027 crowd on AUD source between Around & Around
and High Time. SBD trimmed accordingly to match with a 3

Stronger than Dirt
If you listen to the album version of KSM/STDOMTT, there is a part at about 3:40 that is similar to what Phil begins playing at the beginning of the jam

here. It is a different key, mode and time sig but clearly it is just a lick he starts playing and it takes a moment for the band to get going as he is trying to play a non 4/4 lick but it won't stick so he backs off somewhat. It is very borderline whether it could be called "Stronger Than Dirt" but that suite was written by Lesh and there's enough of a trace to allow it. Clearly they stopped playing that song after 8/13/75 but strands remained

Stronger than Dirt
DEFINITELY NOT Stronger than Dirt - different key, different time signature, and none of the signature lines. At the very start Jerry plays a run that
...
sounds Dirt-ish and Phil plays a punchy line that sounds like it could go there, but nothing materializes. Later Keith hints at some Slipknot-like stuff; it would be more appropriate to call this a Slipknot jam if you have to label it (it's in the key of A and has roughly the right tempo). I just hear it as a cool jam.
Thanks uploader! I almost forgot how beautiful this is!

Catch the Wheel
Just to mention for those, like me, that really like The Wheel - this is a great version, with beautiful, lyrical playing from JG.

quality of the recording. Samson is only a month old here! HIGH TIME goes very nicely in the final ballad of the night spot. and I agree that Donna is nice in the mix! Jerry's vibe on the guitar is KIND throughout.
that fellow REALLY picked the wrong place to peddle crap..great show...great sound! estimated profit for the dork below 0.

the jam is suggestive of STD/KSM but that's about it. Otherwise, none of the chord changes of the song, nor the 7/4 rhythm.

What is up with the vocals on S&D? It sounds like they were using tape loops (or a miraculously complicated vocal arrangement) but I can't recall anything

Dirt outside of the few 75' hiatus performances. Just a very jazzy and different approach to what they were doing historically at this point. Look to the last night of this run for a solid second set as well, slightly more historically predictable, but still a good listen through.

for sure, and what a great show too! I love '76 because it's a year I don't get to often, but when I do it's always a mind-bender! I love the Playin' here, maybe even more than versions I have heard from '77! They aren't just doodling away on chords, they are creating! This matrix captures the pure sounds of each individual instrument as you would hear it in the audience! The Dead are in a tight groove this night, permeated by that lazy '76 flow. Every note is thought out and constructed. The Cosmic Charlie is simply fascinating! The drummers are tuned into each other and the vocal harmonies are perfect. Too bad we don't have the complete show! I almost forgot to mention how truly beautiful Donna sounds on this evening. Even her Playin' scream is more tempered. And that is "Stronger Than Dirt" you are hearing after Playin', it is a version they played a lot in '75, not the typical version you expect to hear from the studio album.
